PERSONAL DATA
Sellmyhome.dk protects and processes the data of our clients, counterparties, suppliers, employees, business partners and recipients of marketing information etc. personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation at any time.
The relevant personal data law rules that currently apply to the processing of personal data are laid down in the data protection regulation (regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) and the data protection act (law no. 502 of 23 May 2018).
Our data protection policy concerns our processing of personal data when we are the data controller. This is the case in a number of situations, e.g. when processing our clients' cases, hiring new employees and marketing activities.
TYPES OF INFORMATION
Personal data includes any type of information about an identifiable natural person, e.g. the person's name, email address, CPR number and address as well as information about the person's physical, financial or social circumstances. Information about legal entities is thus not covered by the definition of personal data.
We process - depending on the nature of the case or inquiry - general information, identification information (CPR number), information about criminal matters and sensitive information.
WHERE DOES THE INFORMATION COME FROM?
We collect personal data directly from you or from third parties, e.g. our clients, public authorities or business partners.
HOW DO WE PROCESS THE INFORMATION?
Processing of personal data covers any activity to which personal data is made the subject, e.g. collection, registration, systematization, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, search, use or disclosure.
We primarily process personal data about our clients, counterparties, suppliers, employees and business partners, however only to the extent that it is necessary for the specific purposes and there is a legal basis for this.
Most often, it will be necessary for us to process general personal data in the form of name, title, telephone number and email address.
This processing takes place so that we can deliver our legal services, invoicing as well as quality assurance and checking correctly, and so that we can meet the requirements for identity documentation according to the Money Laundering Act, which we are not currently subject to.
In addition, in certain situations it may be necessary for us to process information about criminal offenses and other personally sensitive information.
TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION?
We only pass on your personal data internally with us or to external actors if it is necessary and there is a legal basis for this. It can be public authorities, private companies or individuals, foundations, associations, etc. depending on the nature of the case. In addition, we entrust information to our data processors (e.g. IT suppliers).
Internally, only those of our employees who have a work-related need to see your personal data have access to this.
AUTHORITY WITH WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION
We collect and process personal data on the basis of the following legal basis (i.e. legal basis):
When providing advisory services, we process personal data about clients, counterparties and business partners based on the data protection regulation art. 6 subsection 1, letter f (the balancing of interests rule), and the regulation's art. 9, subsection 2, letter f.
This is, among other things, justified by an interest in establishing, invoking or defending legal claims as well as safeguarding the interests of our clients. We also process personal data about our clients based on the regulation's art. 6 subsection 1, letter b, in cases where the processing is necessary to enter into or fulfill the agreement on advisory assistance.
We process personal data about participants in courses, teaching and other events based on the data protection regulation art. 6 subsection 1, letter b, or art. 6 subsection 1, letter f, with the primary interest of being able to register the participants, administer the event and send out relevant course material, evaluation forms, etc.
We only process your personal data for marketing purposes and for possible sending of newsletters, if you have expressly consented to this. The processing thus takes place on the basis of the data protection regulation art. 6 subsection 1, letter a. We publish personal data about employees etc. on our website and on social media platforms based on the data protection regulation art. 6 subsection 1, letter f, as part of our legitimate interests in making content available to our users.
In general, we process personal data when we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. under the Money Laundering Act). This is done on the basis of the data protection regulation art. 6 subsection 1, letter c. We process information about criminal offenses pursuant to the data protection regulation art. 10 and § 8 of the Data Protection Act. We process CPR numbers pursuant to § 11, subsection of the Data Protection Act. 2. To prevent vandalism and burglary etc. we may carry out television surveillance of a street, road, square or similar area which is used for ordinary traffic, pursuant to the Television Surveillance Act. TV monitoring of other areas is done pursuant to the data protection regulation art. 6 subsection 1, letter f, and Section 8 of the Data Protection Act, which is justified by security interests and considerations.
DELETION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We delete your personal data that is registered with us when it is no longer necessary for the purpose or purposes for which the information was collected and processed.
We have internal guidelines for the retention time of all categories of personal data. These are determined in relation to the obligations we are subject to under current legislation, including documentation and audit requirements.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
According to the data protection regulations, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.

You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our normal general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
Right to objections
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
The right to withdraw consent
If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us on the contact details that appear below.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your previously communicated consent and up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it therefore only takes effect from this point.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
In our information security work, we comply with the requirements of ISO 27001.
The security measures in our organisation, processes and IT systems are determined taking into account the nature, extent, context and purpose of the processing in question as well as the risks of varying probability and seriousness to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. The measures ensure i.a.:
• Encryption of personal data
• Confidentiality, integrity, availability and robustness
• Ability to promptly restore the availability of and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident
• Regular testing, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of our security measures
